We have active sites and offices across the EMEA region, where our local expert staff provide engineering solutions to our clients.

Our strategy in the UK is to focus on the projects within renewables and data-centre markets which is a high growth area in the UK as well as delivering high margin ICP works.

The UK business has grown rapidly in the last 3 years and our expectation is that we will grow 25% year on year, based on our secured work and pipeline.

Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities

Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to all users on a daytoday basis
Assist in the maintenance and management of all hardware and software, including servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and backups
Work with the IT team to develop IT policies and procedures and enforce them across the organisation
Assist with the procurement and installation of new hardware and software
Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and working effectively
Assist with monitoring and controlling the IT budget.

Role Requirements

Ability to think logically and solve problems with a proactive approach
Strong knowledge of hardware and software, including Operating systems, Microsoft Office, and Networking Appliances
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems, network security, and TCP/IP protocols
Ability to learn onthejob in a rapidly changing environment.
