Care Supervisor Position

We are currently looking for that special person who has all the above qualities along with experience in Domiciliary Care and a level 3 QCF in Health & Social Care.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Staff supervision/spot checks
• Mentoring/supporting staff members
• Customer care reviews
• New customer assessments
• Tailor-made care plans & risk assessments
• Out of hours on-call duties on a rota basis which will include some weekend work
• Providing support for our customers

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
