OA are recruiting for aHR Advisorto join our clients' growing team in Stevenage.
They are a national provider of Telecoms & IT Engineering, with a vision of becoming the Service Provider of choice across the UK.
Available due to growth in the workforce, the aim is to provide customer-focused and comprehensive HR Advice and support to management and employees.

Job Details:
- £29,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent 9am 5pm

Main duties:
- Actively review processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency in the department
- Provide professional advice on HR policies, procedures, and terms & conditions of employment
- Promote HR best practice through guidance and coaching on HR issues
- Support ER case work such as disciplinaries, grievances, attendance management, maternity/paternity, engagement period etc
- Embrace and integrate into the delivery and success of the wellbeing programs
- Manage the reporting of tasks such as Employment Casework and Absence Management
- Collate information relating to accurate salary payments
- Support with ongoing HR Projects
Key Skills & experience:
- Previous experience within a HR function is essential
- Exposure to ER casework, including legislations & procedures
- Previous experience offering advice and guidance on HR policies & procedures
- CIPD is advantageous, but not essential
- A true team spirit, with a passion for people
