Credit Controller

Responsibilities:


  • Reducing outstanding customer debtor balance
  • Handling customer queries efficiently and timely
  • Issuing invoices, statements and reminder letters
  • Monitor and report on aged debtor reports weekly

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in credit control
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of credit control policies and procedures
