Description

Experienced administrator/ bookkeeper required to cover office 12 to 16 hours per week ideally including Friday and occasional holiday cover up to 4 weeks per year.

We are a small and friendly team working in a busy but pleasant environment.

Must have experience of invoicing and Microsoft Office programs and experience in a similar role.


Duties outline:
- provide pleasant and efficient first point of contact to customers and suppliers.

  • Produce sales invoices.
  • Understand sage accounts and prepare invoices.
  • Entering staff timesheet data onto customer worksheets
- assist with daily running of workshop and office
- other general administration duties


This is a great job in a friendly well run company providing weekly support and holiday cover for 2 to 4 weeks per annum.

Ideal for a working mother and with plenty of understanding flexibility from the working directors.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 16 per week


Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour

Experience:


  • Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
