Description

We are looking for both a Junior and Senior Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join an international, award winning firm in Birmingham.


You will be advising property developers, contractors, purchasers, tenants, funders, public sector clients and major corporates on high value, high profile construction & engineering projects across all sectors.

The team plays a leading role in numerouslarge scale, complex and important projects.

he team have specialist knowledge in real estate development, logistics and e-fulfilment, housing, infrastructure, energy/nuclear, regeneration and life science.

Ideally you will be 3 PQE + and have gained valuable experience at a Top 100 law firm in the UK.

You will have detailed knowledge of the industry, its practices, procedures and processes, both on-site and off-site.
