    Technology Strategy & Transformation Consultant

    Location: Bristol – Hybrid

    British Nationals holding active DV Clearance must be considered.

    The Role:

    You will serve as a trusted advisor to the UK's Defence and Intelligence leaders, guiding critical decisions and shaping national security's future. Your role involves leading strategic analysis, designing business models, and assessing commercial impacts to drive measurable outcomes.

    You will utilize emerging technologies like AI, robotics, and advanced analytics to help clients stay ahead of disruption and innovate with purpose. Beyond strategy development, you will ensure successful implementation by managing the challenges of transforming complex systems.

    You will generate powerful insights, lead high-performing teams, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives.

    Key Requirements:

    • British National with DV Clearance.
    • Background in strategic consulting within Defence & Security or the broader Public Sector.
    • Proven ability to lead strategy and transformation initiatives for Defence and Security clients.
    • Strong analytical mindset, skilled in data-driven research and generating strategic insights.
    • Expertise in stakeholder engagement, including facilitating workshops and managing high-level relationships.
    • Crafting clear, persuasive reports and presentations to convey findings and recommendations.
    • Experience in risk assessment and opportunity analysis, aiding informed decision-making and execution.
    • Leadership in mentoring junior colleagues and fostering a collaborative team culture.
    • Involvement in business development, including proposal writing and client engagement.
    • Deep understanding of strategic analysis, innovation, and emerging technologies (AI, robotics) to enhance policy and operations.
    • Ability to turn strategy into action, navigating implementation challenges and adapting as needed.

    Benefits:

    • Base Salary: £45,000 - £80,000 (DoE)
    • Annual Bonus: 5%
    • DV Bonus: £7,000 - £8,000
    • Flex Fund: £5,000 - £6,900

    • Annual Leave: 25 Days plus Public Holidays + buy up to 10 additional days
    • L&D: Annual Performance/Salary Reviews + Training & Development Budget
