Hours - Full Time

Job Brief:

As the Accounts Administrator you are responsible for performing various financial and administrative tasks within an organization.

Your primary role is to support the accounting and finance team by ensuring accurate and efficient handling of financial records and transactions.


Key Responsabilités:


  • Maintain and update financial records
  • Sales ledger maintenance
  • Payment processing
  • Accounts reconciliation
  • Customer communication
  • Compliance and Documentation
  • Process improvement
  • Perform administrative tasks

Requirements:


Essential:

  • At least 25 year administrative experience with an interest in finance.
  • Strong IT skills with a particular expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to work towards time critical deadlines
  • Team player

Desirable:

  • Experience of working with FMCG
  • Working knowledge of AS400 / WEBI / EDI

Process:

Salary:
£29,500.00-£34,000.00 per year
