Duties:

Bid and tender:

Supporting the overall creation of bids, tenders and proposals and submission through the tender process
Collating content for both large scale bids and smaller proposals gathering content including writing new and refining existing copy
Supporting the admin set up process for new clients
Maintain (written) content library to support efficient and accurate bid and tender work, including the storage and management of content documents

Creative Writing:

Supporting the development of sales collateral, with a focus on writing feature and benefits copy
Supporting the creation on video content
Supporting the creation of company newsletters and written content
Ensure creative marketing copy clearly conveys key intended messages, solutions and themes and is easily understandable, readable consistent and compelling

Team Department

Support the delivery of the business sustainability strategy including social value projects, Net Zero by 30 targets, annual sustainability report and thought leadership content
