Global Payroll Manager - St. Albans, United Kingdom - Investigo
Description
My client is a recognised FMCG business based in St Albans, looking for a Global Payroll Manager to join their team for a minimum of 6 months to assist with running the BAU function in payroll, liaising with colleagues internationally and managing a teamof 10 employees.
Role Summary and Key Deliverables:
You'll be responsible for heading up their UK Payroll team and will manage the day to day function along with processing multiple payrolls in a variety of international locations, payroll reporting, adhering to compliance, process improvements and streamliningoperations globally.
You'll be responsible for a payroll run for over 5000 employees and will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders for audit, reconciliations and reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience with international payroll
- Oracle experience would be advantageous
- Hands on experience in a payroll department, BAU procedures
