THE BUSINESS

Westray Recruitment are seeking to for a CNC Setter (Vertical Machining Centres) to join our client based in North Shields.

The company in question produce high pressure diecasting's and machine castings for a wide range of industries and sectors. Our clientare an industry leading provider of high-pressure diecasting's. The company are committed to reducing waste and have an ethos of continuous Improvement.

THE ROLE
Working in a busy machine shop
Set high volume work
Setting CNC Vertical Machining Centres/Twin pallet Brother and Daewoo Vertical Machining Centres
Read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances
Set fixtures and get ready for production operator

THE PERSON
Experience of Fanuc control
Use of twin pallet Brother and Daewoo Vertical Machining Centres
CNC Vertical Machining Centre Essential

THE PACKAGE
Standard hours: 48h.

4 x 12 hour shifts Monday - Thursday
Overtime paid at x1.33, 1.50 and 2.00
