JOB PURPOSE

To manage the daytoday delivery of recruitment activities and ensure that agreed metrics are met and adhered to

RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner with stakeholders to build effective sourcing and assessment approaches with an ability to manage expectations-
PERSONAL PROFILE- Recruitment experience within an established internal and/or external recruitment function A clear understanding of Recruitment processes and standards relevant to own discipline. Expert sourcing skills with experience in managing multiple searches either inhouse or within agency
MEASURES OF SUCCESS- Talent Acquisition Pace, Accuracy and Quality metrics Delivery of effective talent pools and market maps
