An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Loss prevention team for a fixed term contract, we are looking for someone who wants to part of a small but dynamic team to make a real change within the business.

This role means you must possess the ability to engage with customers, Management and local enforcement on all levels.


Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities
• Identify and apprehend individuals involved in suspicious or criminal behaviour
• Conduct thorough investigations of incidents, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
• Write detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and actions taken
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize risk and protect company assets
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and concerns

Experience:

• Previous experience in loss prevention or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and equipment
• Strong observation and problemsolving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations

This position requires you to have a valid SIA licence

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
