We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Negotiator to join our successful sales team.
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, negotiating sales, and achieving sales targets.
This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, referrals and networking.
- Actively engage with leads and clients to understand their needs, provide information, and conduct viewings.
- Collaborate with clients to determine their budget, preferences, and any specific requirements, tailoring proposals and offers accordingly.
- Negotiate sales and terms in the best interests of the client.
- Handle objections and concerns raised by clients and buyers, addressing them effectively and providing suitable solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process, keeping them updated on progress, addressing any concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Lettings and Property Management, to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and relevant documentation in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation.
Requirements:
- This is a trainee role so no previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, or a similar sales role is necessary.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
- Ability to effectively handle objections, resolve conflicts, and find winwin solutions.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven, with a strong sense of accountability and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Solid organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices, as well as a good understanding of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- A valid driver's license, access to car, and willingness to travel to meet clients as required.

Salary:
£35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
