Extensive experience in social care, leadership and improvement of Ofsted regulated services will make you fit for the role.

Along with great leadership, our ideal registered manager for adoptions services will have a great sense of humour and emotional intelligence to develop the services.

Keeping up with the rest of the world, our organisation implements the use of technology using electronic care records, so you will also need to be very competent with all manners of software packages.

Further, your management and care qualifications, financialacumen and deep understanding of safeguarding issues will be welcomed with opened arms


What you can expect:

As Registered Manager, you will lead and develop the adoption services and responsibilities within your remit. You can also expect to take the lead on continuous improvements, with direction from the Head of Children's Services.

This will include continueddedication towards growth targets and progressing new projects/developments right across this charities dynamic and complex portfolio of Children's Services, enabling it to thrive.
