Are you a passionate Press Brake Operator, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for an Press Brake Operator to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based near St Neots working as part of their team.

Principle Responsibilities for the Press Brake Operator:

Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to fabricate sheet metal components and assemblies
Set up and operate various sheet metal fabrication machinery and equipment, such as guillotines, brakes, punches, and laser cutters
Perform precise measurements and layout work to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly
Cut, bend, shape, and weld sheet metal using appropriate tools and techniques
Conduct quality inspections to verify conformity to specifications and maintain high standards of workmanship
Setting and Operating Mitsubishi laser, including nesting and some drawing of parts in CAD programs
Setting and operating CNC Press Brake (Amada)
Operation of manual and powered sheet rollers
Quality inspection of parts

Experience in an similar role
Experience in programming/setting/operating an Amada HFE breakpress or any other CNC breakpresses.
Experience in CNC punch press would be an advantage.
Experience in manual breakpress machinery
Experience in using a guillotine would be an advantage.
Be proficient with the use of various hand tools and mechanical equipment for sheet metal.
An interest in programming / Operating a laser, Full training to be provided.

This is a full time Monday to Friday permanent Press Brake Operator position, offering an hourly salary of up to £14.00 per hour plus other benefits including annual bonus, enhanced family friendly policies, enhandes sick pay, company meals and events and more.
