Job Summary
Hedley & Ellis Ltd are an independent electrical wholesaler with four locations across East Anglia and 53 years of trading history.
Key Duties
- Visiting existing and potential customers on a daily basis in order to maximise sales opportunities and improve relations.
- Territory planning in order to maximise customer contact.
- To achieve sales targets in relation to turnover and profitability, these will be reviewed in monthly meetings.
- Growth of the number of trading accounts.
- Prepare and progress quotations.
- Appointment generation through proactive telephone canvassing
- Pursue leads that follow from your customer contact.
- To promote the good name of the company.
- Ensure awareness of new and updated products when necessary
- Hard working, articulate, organised, likeable, ability to communicate effectively face and face and over the phone. You will be smart in appearance and have a proven track records of delivering first class customer service at all times.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry required.
- Previous experience in sales is essential, however not necessarily external could be a good opportunity for someone looking to make the next step up in their career.

Up to £35,000.00 per year
