Salary - £21,800-£23,800 pa

Job Type - Full Time, Permanent

Shift and Schedule - 8 hour Shift, Overtime, Monday to Friday

We are a long established print and point of sale company based in south Norwich. We are seeking a highly motivated, flexible warehouse and logistics operative to support the smooth running of production.


The Role

• Work closely with printer operators and other departments within production to ensure they have the stock they need.
• Assisting with the endtoend production workflow
• To source, pick and move stock around the production facility, including use of pallet truck, forklift and van.
• Loading and unloading various size and type vehicles and pallets
• Picking, wrapping, packing boxes and pallets ready for despatch
• Moving pallets of raw material
• Using various IT systems for despatch, labels and stock
• To keep waste levels to a minimum and to move any waste etc into the relevant recycling bins.
• To maintain a clean and tidy workspace

The Person

• Has reasonable levels of physical fitness and is and capable of lifting loads of up to 15kg
• Able to think on their feet and prioritise tasks based on the requests of the production department.
• Is familiar with working in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Can work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Has a proactive approach to work always willing to learn and working to improve processes to ensure business efficiency.

There may be a requirement to work flexible hours during busy periods and as the needs of the business demand.

£10.42-£11.44 per hour

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
