Ambitious about Autism is the national charity for autistic children and young people. Every autistic child and young person have the right to be themselves and realise their ambitions. We stand with them, and their families, to champion rights, campaign for change and create opportunities.


We are now looking for a Head of Employability Skills and Training to join our team and help develop and deliver our national services with sustainable programmes and a commercial blended approach.


You will have strategic responsibility for the development, implementation and evaluation of our Employment Services, training, and the overarching responsibility for our consultancy products.

You will also manage the internal and external suppliers to deliver the technology needed to deliver theses services.


We are looking for an individual who has excellent project management skills and understanding of employment project within employment or education setting.

You will also need Significant experience of designing and leading support services and/or projects for young people, parents/carers and professional.
