Project Manager

Up to £36/hr - Inside IR35

Peterborough/Remote - Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Contract

A Project Manager opportunity has become available for one of the world's leading manufacturers of off-highway machinery and diesel and natural gas engines.

Working with project managers globally, looking at and improving processes to make regional teams processes easier.

Looking at processes within in a team and working with local team to improve on them, looking for gaps in the process.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Leading regular project team meetings with core project team
Developing process maps for core as is processes
Developing to be process maps covering process and efficiency improvements
Developing user stories that can be used for IT development
Woking closely with the IT project manager to develop a detailed timing plan

Skills and Experience:

Strong project management background ideally educated to degree level; however, consideration will be given to other qualifications or significant job related experience in lieu of this.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio)
Proficient in the use of Salesforce (helpful but not essential)
Good analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent planning & time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable presenting to different leadership groups
Ability to simplify complex issues
