One of my clients, who is a global Law practice, is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team based in the city.
This role will suit someone with over 12 months experience working in a similar role, who can demonstrate a true passion for technology, and is currently looking for their second IT related job opportunity.
Core responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for incoming queries
- Operating the ticketing system
- Ensuring that any queries are passed onto the correct team
- Ensuring that any incidents are dealt in a timely manner
- Working closely with 2nd/3rd line support teams
- Office 365 including SharePoint and OneDrive implementation and support
Core qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server & Office 36
- Have great analytical skills
- Experience of MS Windows and Office
- Good knowledge of Windows 2016/19 Active Directory and Group Policy
- Triaging experience
- Experience of help desk systems, logging and progressing calls, closure, and followups
