Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is fluent in English, has strong communication skills, and enjoys helping others.


Duties:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via various face to face channels in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services
  • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in our products or services
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and the ability to think critically
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,002.92 per year
