AJ Chambers are currently seeking a R&D Tax Consultant to Join one of the UK's Top firms in their Central London Office

The Highlights:

Responsibilities:


  • Meeting with clients/target clients to discuss R&D reliefs
  • Working with clients that are in engineering, science and technology
  • Working on the following reliefs: R&D Expenditure Credits and Capital Allowances for R&D, Creative Sector Tax Reliefs and the Patent Box
  • Interviewing inhouse technical staff in order to gain an understanding of their activities to determine eligibility
  • Working with the relevant client contacts to gather detailed financial, HR and any other data to facilitate the calculation of the relief
  • Producing detailed notes so that structured reports in support of the claims can be made
  • Responding to HMRC enquiries

About You:


  • A couple of years' experience within R&D
  • The ability to motivate yourself
  • Comfort with / experience dealing with clients face to face
