Full Job Description:
In this role you will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the landlord and tenant and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.
Ideally you will have lettings experience in carrying out landlord appraisals or at least previous experience in a customer service sales role.
Different Tasks and Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and patterns in the property market.
- Estimating property values.
- Following up on landlord leads.
- Visiting and talking to landlords about their property, collecting information for marketing.
- Marketing and promoting properties for rental, writing descriptions, creating floor plans.
- Registering and qualifying applicants.
- Booking in and carrying out viewings and other appointments.
- Arranging holding deposits, preparing applicants for referencing.
- Carrying out 'Right to Rent ' checks.
- Updating utility providers at the start of new tenancies.
- Aiding the team with other adhoc tasks.
Working Week (hours and days):
Your working hours will be approximately 45 hours per week, typically between the hours of 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 2.30pm on Saturdays.
Salary:
Depending on experience. The above salary is a range that is inclusive of our bonus scheme.
Skills Required:
- Ability to work as a team but also know how to use own initiative
- Good customer service skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent time management
- Local knowledge of the area, helpful
- A UK driving license
Personal Qualities:
Honest, reliable, polite, happy, fun, positive, enthusiastic, helpful and caring.
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Job Types:

Salary:
£18,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Worthing: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
