Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of tasks on our Northumbrian Water Frameworks.
This will include the day-to-day management of safety, health, environment, quality, and brand, as well as dealing with the client and its representatives.
As a Site Coordinator, you will provide the vital link between site staff and project management to ensure the smooth running of all jobs on site.
You will work in line with our core values and role model our sustainability culture. This is a multi-site role that involves substantial amounts of driving predominantly in the Northwest of England.Who we're looking for:
We are looking for that blend of practical working knowledge with a passion for getting it right first time. You should have experience of assisting with the management of all aspects of a project from start to finish.
While attitude is more important to us than qualifications, you will have experience of being a Site Agent, Manager or Supervisor.
Essential
- Able to use an iPad to read technical documents such as Risk Assessments, Method Statements and COSHH Documents
- Comfortable with entering confined spaces and accessing works on a construction site
- Hold a current CSCS Card (ideally Gold Supervisor Card) and SSSTS or SMSTS as a minimum
