About Our Client:
The client is a well renowned FTSE 250 wealth management company based in The City. The client has been trusted for generations to manage and preserve their client's wealth.

The key responsibilities for the Front of house administrator, based in London are:- Carry out inspections of all meeting rooms and client areas on a daily basis and throughout the day, checking that all elements of the areas are fully operational and maintained to a high standard.
- Set up MS Teams videos, conference calls, laptops and any other equipment requested.
- Answer calls when required in a timely and courteous manner
- File important duties and keep them well organised
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
- Perform any other critical duties necessary to keep the reception running smoothly.
The Successful Applicant:
- Relevant front desk or related customer services experience, ideally gained in a professional services, or similar environment.
- Ability to make customers feel welcome by utilising a personable approach to service and maintaining a positive attitude with the team.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the capability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrate absolutely nothing less than excellence in every aspect of customer care.
