Personal Assistant required at Commercial Automotive Business in Newcastle

Basic Salary: up to £30,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:305:00

Our client, a busy commercial automotive business, are looking to hire a Personal Assistant to report and work under the Managing Director.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administration experience to work for our client with great career and progression opportunities.

In this Personal Assistant role, you will be:

Help the MD prioritise his time and manage his daily schedule
Make sure the Managing Director is informed and briefed for meetings and other activities he is involved in
Cooperate with all staff, clients and suppliers
Type/write down anything that happens in meetings follow up on these to make the MD aware ahead of the next meeting
Organise travel, meetings, conferences and anything else as required
Appropriately filter phone calls, invites, queries or other general information to the MD.

For this Personal Assistant role, you will need:

Experience as a PA or as a secretary
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems
Great communication skills both orally and written
Productive admin skills

The successful Personal Assistant will get:
