Hunter Mental Health have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Non Medical Prescriber working within a Substance Misuse team in a South Essex based service.

The role will include the provision of Non-medical prescribing clinics to the service users.

Key Requirements for a Non Medical Prescriber include:

The management of all clinical and prescribing activities and processes
Leading on Nurse Prescribing and running clinics according to demand
Manage all medical, nonmedical prescribers
To ensure that clinical activities and processes are carried out in line with organisational requirements and in conjunction with central services
To play a central role in embedding a culture of continuous quality improvement and risk management across services
To advise and support managers and staff in carrying out their responsibilities in the above areas
To act as a key channel of liaison and communication between service locationsand the external environment
