We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Change Communications Executive to join our fast expanding Group Change Delivery Team.

You will partner with and support the Change Communications Managers and Leads on the delivery of Change Communication tasks and projects to ensure people are kept well informed and engaged.

Your focus will be to support the delivery of clear and consistent messaging, fostering employee engagement, and maintaining out company culture and valued during times of change.

You will also play a vital role in assisting with the development and delivery of communication strategies that support our organisation change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Change Communication team in the development and implementation of change communications strategies.
Collaborate with the change communications team and project teams to gather information and insight on change initiatives and contribute to the creation of strategic communication plans.
Contribute to the delivery of change communications campaigns through various channels, such a digital platforms, town hall meetings, webinars and workshops.
Develop and own content creation for internal Group Change Delivery team, sharing updates and keeping engagement.
Assist in the coordination and event management of regular global leader updates and events.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and communication accurate, changerelated updates, addressing inquiries and concerns as needed.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practises.
Support the coordination and logistics of changerelated events.

Skills and Experience:

Strong writing/copy experience.
Ability to adapt communication styles to suit the audience being addressed.
Great presentation skills and ability to map out communication processes.
Strong creativity, predominantly in creation of content and presentation creation.
Excellent time management, prioritisation, and attention to detail skills.

Desirable

Basic photo and video editing skills.
Previous experience in Change Communications.
Experience working with digital platforms social media, LMSs etc.
