Beyond delivering operational people services requirements efficiently and effectively there are plenty of opportunities to exercise and further develop your existing HR knowledge and skills.

The role holder will be responsible for managing the talent acquisitionprocess, mentoring managers with all aspects of people management, and supporting progressive organizational change on top of conducting salary reviews and driving continuous improvement to give a great customer experience.

Have at least a level 3 qualification in Human Resource Management, and competent knowledge of UK employment law
Have previous experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment, with a track record of building strong relationships across all levels of a business
Be a strong communicator and collaborator with demonstrable line management skills such as interpersonal, negotiation, and conflictresolution skills
Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Be able to problem solve, learn from every challenge, and prioritise and delegate tasks as appropriate
