ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Grade 3, Permanent, term-time only post

14 hours per week (Mon all day, Wed & Fri mornings)

Required as soon as possible to join our team within the main office at Lincoln Gardens.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our team of office staff. Whether you are just embarking on your career or returning to employment after some time, this may be the ideal opportunity for you to learn and develop skills, knowledge and experience as an administrator in a busy and purposeful environment.

This is very much a people orientated role; our office team being at the first point of call and access for all pupils and visitors to the school. Never a dull moment; you will be occupied throughout the day with a wide range of tasks; supervised and supported by our experienced and knowledgeable front of house staff.


You will:

-
use electronic systems for entry to the premises, communication and information management systems as well Office 365 functions
:

become familiar with office systems and protocols and gain an understanding and awareness of safeguarding procedures.

We are looking for someone who is, above all, keen to learn and happy to engage with staff, pupils, their families and visitors to the school. You will, by nature, have a calm and positive outlook with a 'can do' attitude and a desire to adhere to the high standards at all times.
