To work as part of an existing team on a four-on-four-off rota pattern (nights)

Responsibilities:

Be main point of contact at reception for a sheltered housing complex, always providing a high level of customer services
Maintaining professional boundaries and identifying and reporting any potential safeguarding concerns
Be of a personable character, building professional relationships with both tenants and onsite staff members
Provide detailed reports of any concerns arising on site
Weekly fire tests and other security related activities as outlined in the onsite site assignment instructions
Assist the management, police, or other security personnel in the acquisition of CCTV footage when required.

Required:

Valid Door Supervisors License
Some reception/concierge or similar experience
Proof of the right to work in the UK, proof of residence and national insurance.
Proof of ID (Passport or Birth Certificate only).

Basic proficiency using Microsoft Office:
including Word & Excel.
