The role is part of a team of four within the controls area of Quilter's Legal Entity reporting team.

This is a dynamic and friendly team tasked with working on improving the controls environment within Quilter, a role that requires both a keen attention to detail and lateral problem-solving skills.

We have a view to cross-train within the team, meaning you will have ample opportunity to gain insight into several processes.


This is a great opportunity to gain insight into the end-to-end process of a Finance department, to develop their analytical and interpretation skills through a variety of regular and ad-hoc tasks.

There will be plenty of learning opportunities as you develop your professional skills as part of a collaborative team.

  • As the Finance Administrator you will support the Finance Manager to produce the relevant financial, regulatory and liquidity reports for the business unit, with a focus on reconciliation, processing, and control.
  • The role offers many opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across the business unit to achieve shared objectives, as we are always embracing ways of delivering better outcomes and a higher quality of work, the role is well suited to those sharing the collaborative spirit, those looking to process improvement, and those with good communication skills, able to pitch information in a manner relevant to the stakeholder.
  • You will ensure your work is compliant with all finance policies and procedures and maintain a robust financial control environment, implementing any required changes to financial reporting, systems, or procedures smoothly and efficiently. You will also ensure all accounting and financial processes are fully documented and remain up to date, reflecting any changes in policy or regulation.
  • You will also support the Finance Manager in the provision of information for external auditors when necessary.

You will have knowledge of, or previous experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred but not required.
