iamproperty are going through an extremely exciting period of growth and are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised accounts assistant to join our fast-paced team based in Newcastle.


As an Accounts Assistant you will support the accounts team as well as the wider business in the effective day to day accounts operation.

In this role you will require excellent time management, strong organisational skills, and a high attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining spreadsheets and collating information for reports
  • Receiving and processing supplier invoices
  • Creating and processing sales invoices
  • Dealing with queries, both face to face and via the telephone
  • Supporting the team to maintain accurate, timely and legible records
  • Inputting and extracting data, photocopying, and filing
  • Answering suppliers' phone calls and resolving queries
  • Other Ad hoc tasks

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Accounts/Finance
  • AAT L4 Qualification
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Organised and methodical approach to working.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) with aptitude to learn new software and systems.


This is a full time role working Monday to Friday, we offer hybrid working so you will have some flexibility between home working and working from our Head Office based in Gosforth.

Up to £25,000.00 per year
