Reed Finance Cumbria are pleased to be working with a nationally known and respected brand with the head office based in Carlisle to recruit a Management Accountant for their fast paced & established finance team.

This diverse role will need someone that's not afraid to get stuck into large data sets, someone that thrives in an ever changing & developing business and is a great team player

Day to day duties include:

Production of monthly management accounts, prepayment and accrual journals.
Weekly reporting of sales, stock, variance analysis, profitability.
Monthly Intercompany reconciliation.
Supporting and assisting in the production of financial forecasts and budgets.
Development of detailed reports both ad hoc and on a monthly basis

Skills & experience required for success

Experience within a similar management accounts role.
Qualified Accountant (Passed finalists will be considered)
Advanced/strong excel skills (VLOOKUP's, SUMIFS, Pivot tables)
Innovative & positive attitude towards work.
Excellent communicator
