As Supplier Relationship Manager, you will be accountable for the supplier performance monitoring and relationship management process within the business.

You will be ensuring contractual obligations and regulatory requirements are met. Also developing andbuilding vendor relationship management strategy and policies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively managing bp pulse supplier base to ensure excellent sustained performance levels, best value for money and that all risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Manage contract delivery, performance and cost through use of appropriate tools including performance metrics, scorecard data, etc. to ensure continuous improvement
  • Producing management information in relation to performance of key suppliers across the bp pulse to the Operations leadership team
  • Managing and resolving difficult relationship issues to the satisfaction of all parties when there may be differing priorities.
  • Define and execute strategies to drive performance, including quality, customer satisfaction and cost in partnership
  • Produce timely and effective reports for senior leadership through obtaining performance information from bp systems & vendors

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience managing contracts, obligations and service level agreements (SLAs), vendor performance and resolving relationship issues
  • Experience producing management information in relation to performance of key suppliers
  • Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical and systematic way, and present complex data in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with varied stakeholder groups at all levels of seniority both internally and externally
