Description

Nottingham Autism Support Service is looking for highly motivated Autism Support Workers to join an already strong and skilled team to enable the on-going person-centred support to our service users within the community, day care and residential settings.

Experience and knowledge of supporting service users with challenging behaviours is essential.

  • Encouraging service users to make choices
  • Travel training
  • Provide ideas for person centred activities
  • Be a successful part of a team where sharing ideas and developing skills is central to the role
Experience in mental health and a certificate in health and social care would be beneficial.

We have a variety of additional opportunities across Nottinghamshire covering a range of flexible hours.

We will always look to match you with clients that suit your availability and locality on a zero hours basis.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Pay:
£11.44-£13.37 per hour


Day range:

  • Every weekend
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Weekends only

Shift:

  • Day shift
