About you
You will be reliable, adaptable and efficient with a firm commitment to customer service.

You will have knowledge and experience in carrying out a range of administrative functions as well as an understanding of property documentation and mapping systems.


About the role


The role ensures that the Council's property records are accurate and up to date which involves engagement with the property surveyors and lawyers working for the Council.

Information provision and mapping services are provided to these teams as well as day to day responses to property-related enquiries.


About the team


The post sits within the Commercial Estates team which is a professional property surveying unit charged with managing the Council's corporate and commercial estate.

The post reports to the Estates Administrator who will supervise the work of the role.
