    The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading initiatives to generate new business opportunities, strategically planning client engagement, and developing relationships to meet sales goals. They will be expected to maintain and develop existing partnerships, identify new partnership opportunities, and plan projects to ensure success.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Identify and pursue business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and build relationships with clients and partners.
    • Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals, including lead generation, account management, and relationship building.
    • Project Planning: Plan and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience: 6+ years' experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Skillset: Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
    • Prior Experience: Proven track record in sales within the corporate travel industry, experience with full-cycle sales, RFPs, and account management/partnership experience.
