    As an Associate Programme Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for developing delivery strategies and tactics to achieve outcomes for product teams and determining what work must get done.

    You will keep an eye on how much to invest in certain efforts and how to prioritize opportunities.

    What You Will Do

    • Provide interface between Domain and collaborators across Sky, ensuring working relationships remain strong, delivery roadmaps are defined and aligned to AdTech Product Strategy & Roadmaps, work intake operates efficiently, and priorities continue to be aligned.
    • Lead planning of Features across multi-disciplinary teams, delivering against Domain's product strategy, promoting and achieving customer centric product growth.
    • Manage internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers to ensure alignment within the Domain and buy-in on initiatives and change.
    • Be responsible for group of dedicated Product Owners, ensuring their personal development plans provide for growth and continuous improvement.
    • Provide up-to-date reporting and status to stakeholders, including management of capex & opex budget and forecasting for your Domain.
    • Work with Delivery leadership team to apply best practices to agile portfolio delivery, ensuring quality delivery of services.

    What You Will Bring

    Must Have

    • Previous experience as Product Owner using Jira and Aha for planning & roadmapping.
    • Technology background.
    • Solid experience of Scaled Agile / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
    • Experience in managing delivery portfolio with at least 2 separate teams, with mix of onshore, offshore & 3rd party cross functional skills, with scrum mastering undertaken by the teams instead of separate role.
    • Experience in being responsible for CAPEX & OPEX budgeting.
    • Line management responsibility for 1 - 2 Product Owners.

    Desirable

    • Ability to think strategically, pragmatically, and positively about product, technical and cross-functional challenges, collaborating with multiple internal and external partners for benefit of customers.
    • Strong leadership skills within tech and product led environment, with good communication, influencing and relationship leadership skills across all levels of organisation.
    • Experience leading product and software development portfolio delivery, spanning couple of years through both internal and 3rd party delivery organisations.
    • Experience of effectively managing 3rd Party suppliers.
    • Fantastic communication and negotiation skills.
    • Commercially equipped and analytical.
    • Media/Advertising industry experience an advantage.
    • This position would best suit motivated Domain Lead, Programme Lead who has experience working hands-on but also helped build and scope out a team.
