Experienced Production Planning Assistant required, preferably from a Manufacturing or Distribution background.

Mission:


To administer the Production Planning function ensuring smooth flow of stock through the business, in order to meet the Production Plan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate works orders for sales orders
  • Release & print parent works orders
  • Print works instructions & putting together of Works order Pack
  • Check & issue awaiting BOMs List
  • Check & issue outstanding technical Info
  • Publish work order release shortages
  • Schedule stock works orders (New 10 week rolling plans)
  • Plan subassemblies & generate works orders
  • Release subassemblies works orders
  • Production & stock queries
  • Works order housekeeping
  • Goodsin admin & some planning holiday cover.
Full time role, Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5:15pm with 30min lunch - 40 Hours per week.
Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, Contributory Company Pension Scheme (after qualifying period)
