We are currently working with an exciting SAAS focused business who provide software & consultancy services across the UK, US and Europe.


After several years of rapid growth they are now looking to bolster their finance function with a highly skilled Group FC to support their CFO.


The role will involve group reporting, consolidations as well as the opportunity to create robust models for FP&A, forecasting and management reporting.

Part of their journey will involve partnering both internally and externally to improve systems and processesfrom an accounting perspective.


Responsibilities include:

Financial reporting:

  • Preparation of a multicurrency Group consolidation
  • Preparation of annual statutory accounts
  • Key point with external auditors
  • Oversight and preparation of audit documentation
FP&A / Reporting

  • Ownership of the FP&A, Forecasting and Budgeting process alongside the CFO
  • Business partnering with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Driving improved reporting on KPI's, ROI etc

Group Transformation:

  • Work with CFO to redesign and streamline Group consolidations processes
  • Support CFO on current and planned transformation projects
  • Play an active role in the Group's project to upgrade internal finance systems

Key requirements for the role:

  • Qualified accountant
  • Industry experience in a multicurrency group consolidation environment
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication, analytical and report writing skills
  • Strong work ethic, organisational skills and attention to detail
