  • Job detailsJonathan Lee Recruitment is looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO to work with and support the Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team at a leading UK and European UAS solutions provider. This fulltime Executive Assistant remote role is based in and offers a favourable salary and benefits.
As the Personal Assistant to CEO you will be responsible for:

  • Being a point of contact among Board Members, External Partners, the Senior Management Team and employees
  • Managing the CEO's daily schedule, including meeting bookings and travel
  • Booking business travel, including flights, transportation and accommodation for the CEO, senior management team and other employees as required
  • Preparation/compilation of business/operational presentations and reports
  • Recording and distribution of actions/minutes of meetings
To succeed in this Personal Assistant to CEO role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and capabilities:

  • Discretion and professionalism
  • Multitasking
  • Confident, persistent and flexible
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Aerospace and Defence knowledge (an advantage but not essential)


Benefits include 34 days holiday, flexible working hours, hybrid working and a 9 day working fortnight (every other Friday off).
