Description
Our client, based in Exeter
, is currently recruiting for a
Supply Chain Manager on a
temporarycontract for
three months.


The position is due to start
immediately on a full time basis, and offers a
hybrid workingpolicy of
three days working from home and two days in the office.


Duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Ensure that there is a concise and consistent approach across the business to management of procurement contracts
  • Lead and be a driver on ensuring that as a business all areas as mentioned are at the best that they can be in moving forward
  • Responsible for sourcing new suppliers
  • Monitor the latest market innovations
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with both suppliers/contractors and internal clients
  • Negotiating pricing, ethical sourcing of materials and subcontract services
  • Ensuring the supply chain activities adhere to relevant regulations

Experience required:


  • Social Housing experience is preferable

Workinghours:


  • 37 hours per week


  • Monday

  • Friday 9am5pm (flexible)
