Templeton House Care Home is looking to source an Wellbeing Coordinator.
Situated in the picturesque coastal town of Ayr, our newly developed private nursing home offers the highest standards of Nursing, Dementia & Respite care.
As Wellbeing Coordinator, you will work closely with the Home Manager to plan and implement activities appropriate to the residents needs and requests.
Wellbeing Coordinator Contract
10.42 per hour
32 hours per week
Company pension
5.6 weeks annual leave

Our Wellbeing Co-Ordinators help our residents to socialise within the Care home and provide a variety of activities that cater for all tastes.
You will also encourage staff members, relatives, and friends to participate in the care homes activities. All of which helps to create a positive atmosphere.
You will also need to maintain full and accurate records of daily activities using appropriate documents.
As an Wellbeing Coordinator you will require the following experience and skills:
Proven ability to develop and organise a range of events/activities.
Friendly, creative, and confident.
Genuine interest in working with the elderly.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Confident team player.
Ability to work on own initiative.
