Job Summary:

The Logistics Co-Ordinator will join the Logistics Team responsible for providing seamless support to all aspects of Logistics at Euston


The role is to assist in the administration of documents and systems which are used within Mace Dragados including the management automated systems and production of associated documentation to support the logistics team.


Responsibilities

  • Actively promote Health and Safety in the workplace, setting a good example to other employees and ensuring awareness of and compliance with general Health and Safety responsibilities as set out in the Health and Safety Management System.
  • General administrative tasks such as booking of meeting rooms, administration of new starters/leavers, coordinating the activities of the logistics team regarding document control, HS&W inspection, and documentation & management of risk.
  • Adherence and promotion of logistics processes with particular emphasis on system compliance.
  • Produce KPI reports in line with MDJV and HS2 requirements.
  • The production of required KPI, trend analysis and escalation to the relevant members of the logistics team.
  • PPE management stock control, purchase and management of PPE for issue to staff and visitors
  • COINS system to review/accept the GRNs (once a week)
  • Monitoring Yellow Jacket performance of team and planning the inspection schedule for the logistics team for the month
  • Reviewing the inspections/audits advising the team members where things can be improved
  • Checking the outstanding observations on the system and informing the team members individually
  • Maintaining Xactium system management, including monthly reviews with Logistics Lead
  • Aconex system/document control management champion providing guidance within the Logistics Team
  • Raising the document numbers on ORIS system
  • Uploading the documents on Aconex, managing the flow of the documents
  • Reviewing the documents and making sure they meet the DC's requirements
  • Assisting the team members with the document control systems; Aconex, eB, Oris

Qualifications, Certifications and Experience required

  • Detailed experience of logístical operations on major construction projects.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the construction industry.
  • CSCS Card
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation & organisational skills, ability to plan and manage own time.
  • Has the ability to produce documents and reports utilising all MS Office packages
  • Have excellent analytic skills.
  • Purchasing and asset tracking experience.
  • The coordination of team member activities.
  • Experience in the utilisation of complex systems on major projects such as document control, Yellow Jacket.
