Managing Consultant - Salary negotiable based on experience with an excellent benefits package

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
Lead and manage recruitment projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard
Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules
Develop and maintain project budgets and track project performance against budget
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets
Manage a team of recruiters, providing direction, guidance, and support as required

Skills:

Requirements:

5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of managing large, complex recruitment projects
Experience in team leadership and client relationship management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decisionmaking
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals
Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
