Managing Consultant - Salary negotiable based on experience with an excellent benefits package


Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and develop business opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Lead and manage recruitment projects from inception to delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standard
  • Develop project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and track project performance against budget
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of intellectual property and knowledge assets
  • Manage a team of recruiters, providing direction, guidance, and support as required

Skills:

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a proven track record of managing large, complex recruitment projects
  • Experience in team leadership and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decisionmaking
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals
  • Strong problemsolving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
