Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mental Health Practitioner to join our Neighbourhood Mental Health Team (NMHT).

The NMHTs are at the forefront of providing accessible care, integrating both primary and secondary mental health services, in line with NHS long-term objectives.

There are 5 neighbourhood teams in Herefordshire. The post advertised is to work within the North NMHT. Each NMHT is comprised of Mental Health Practitioners, Support workers, Administrators, Clinical Psychologists and a Consultant Psychiatrist.

Additionally, the teams are supported by Link Workers and Vocational Specialists from Mind and Landau, with the aim of providing a holistic, recovery-focused service.

We work closely with our Primary Care Networks, demonstrating good relationships and communication with our respective GP partners. The teams are supportive, with regular MDT meetings, Individual/group supervisions and team away-days. For more information please contact the Recruiting Manager.
