An extremely exciting opportunity has become available to join a well renowned Financial Services company as a Senior Manager.

This is a critical role involved in leading a team of Business Analysts.

You will work alongside the business area, change delivery and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, driving continuous improvement and coaching the business analysts.


For this role you should have:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Team leadership experience, with a passion to coach and lead
  • The ability to prioritise workstreams.
  • Digital experience would be highly desirable.
  • A transformational mindset and experience of change management
