To support our growth, we are building a Modern Sales Enablement program, built and delivered by our new and expanded Enablement Team.
Responsibilities
- Design and Evolve a stateoftheart sales onboarding program
- Build and expand role specific learning paths
- Collaborate with other teams to build and deliver enticing content
- Execute the sales onboarding program for all regions through live (virtual) events and elearning
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in software / SaaS / IT industry
- At least 3 years of Sales Enablement experience
- Training & Education skills:
- Experience and ability to create training and education programs
- Instructional design skills/experience
- Ability to create and edit elearning videos, podcasts, documentation, slide decks, exams, FAQs etc.
- Speaking & presentation skills:
- Ability to deliver training topics to internal EnterpriseDB sales & GTM resources
- Desire to speak and be in front of team
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand what people need to be more successful
- Personal attributes:
- Motivated selfstarter and selflearner. Comfortable taking ownership
- Passionate about sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Crossgroup collaboration: work with product, engineering, marketing, and sales. Comfortable with reaching out and working with other teams
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
Potential plusses:
- Experience in a B2B sales role
- Experience with sales enablement platforms like Showpad, Highspot, Seismic or similar
- Experience with sales productivity tools like SalesLoft, Salesforce, Sales Navigator
